Congratulations to all six finalists in our 2010 Best New Menswear Designers in America competition.

Next Thursday, February 4, we’ll start posting a series of behind-the-scenes videos featuring GQ creative director Jim Moore and each nominated designer, in his or her own studio space. It all culminates with the announcement of the winner of GQ‘s Best New Menswear Designers in America competition on February 12, so stay tuned.

Coming Tomorrow: GQ’s Best New Menswear Designers in America

BNAD-graphic.jpgOur fourth annual search for America’s best new designers has come to an end, and tomorrow we’ll be announcing the six most promising new fashion talents, right here at GQ.com. Curious what this year’s crop will be like? Here’s a preview of 2010′s class from GQ creative director Jim Moore:

“This season, we have a classicist, an avant-gardist, a bohemian, a minimalist. One of the them has been in business 9 years, one of them only two seasons. It’s a perfect mix. These six designers really are going to be making the next big menswear labels in America.”
